Acceptance and engagement
By instructing Dispatcher Routecore, you accept these terms and the written scope supplied for the engagement. If the scope conflicts with these general terms, the written engagement terms prevail for that review. You confirm that you have authority and a lawful basis to provide the records submitted.
Nature of the review
We assess whether supplied income records support stated earnings and identify limitations or questions. We do not provide a credit score, legal advice, accounting assurance or a guarantee of rent payment. The landlord or authorised agent retains the final decision and must comply with applicable housing, equality and privacy law.
Client responsibilities
You must provide complete, legible and authentic records, communicate deadlines, protect our review note and avoid using it for a purpose outside the agreed rental application. We may pause work if the file is incomplete or its lawful provenance is unclear.
Fees, cancellation and intellectual property
Fees and payment dates appear in the accepted scope. Cancellation and refunds follow our refund policy. We retain copyright in our report structure and methods; once paid, the client may use the specific finding internally for the stated application.
Confidentiality and liability
Each party must protect confidential material. To the extent permitted by South African law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected review. We are not liable for an applicant’s future conduct, a client’s tenancy decision, indirect loss or consequences of incomplete or altered records. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in writing. If unresolved, South African courts with appropriate jurisdiction may hear it.
We may revise these terms prospectively. Questions may be sent to info@dispatcher-routecore.digital.
