Controller and information collected
Dispatcher Routecore is the responsible party for personal information handled in our enquiries and independent review practice. Contact us at info@dispatcher-routecore.digital or our Cape Town office. We may receive client contact details, applicant identity details visible on records, employment information, bank transactions and correspondence relevant to an instructed review.
Purpose and lawful handling
We use information to answer enquiries, agree engagements, verify income evidence, issue findings, maintain billing records, protect our rights and comply with law. Instructing clients must have an appropriate basis for sharing applicant records and must give required notices. We limit access to personnel who need the file.
Retention and security
Public enquiry submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Review working files are ordinarily removed 90 days after closure unless an engagement, dispute or law requires longer retention. Billing and business records may be retained for statutory periods. We use access controls, secure transfer arrangements and deletion procedures, but no transmission method is risk-free.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by vetted hosting, email, accounting or secure-storage providers under contract, or disclosed where law requires. If a provider processes information outside South Africa, we use contractual and legal safeguards intended to provide an adequate level of protection.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction or deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; ask about the basis for a transfer; or complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. Some requests must be directed to the landlord or agent that originally collected the records. We will explain when that applies.
