Standard salaried application — R1,450
The fixed fee covers one applicant, up to three payslips, three months of statements, one employment letter and a written review note. The normal turnaround is two business days after a complete file is accepted.
Self-employed application — from R2,650
The starting fee covers one sole trader with one business account and one personal account over six months. Additional entities, foreign-currency receipts or incomplete bookkeeping can extend the review; we confirm that before starting.
Combined household review — from R2,200
Co-applicant files are estimated according to the number of people, accounts and income sources. A typical two-salary household with standard records falls near the starting price.
What changes an estimate
Longer statement periods, multiple businesses, handwritten schedules, unreadable scans, urgent deadlines and a second round of substantive questions can affect the fee. You receive a written scope and total before records are handed over. No subscription or ongoing commitment is required.
