Dispatcher Routecore began with a recurring problem in residential letting: a file could contain many pages yet still leave the person making the decision unsure which income was recurring, which deposit was incidental and which question remained unanswered.
The people behind each finding
Our reviewers bring experience from property administration, bookkeeping and document control. Work is led by Thandi Maseko, a Cape Town-based review practitioner who has spent more than a decade reading lease packs, salary records and small-business accounts for residential portfolios.
We are not a credit bureau, debt collector or placement agency. That independence keeps our role narrow: test whether the financial records supplied support the income stated, describe exceptions and hand the decision back to the authorised client.
How we work with clients
We favour a short evidence list, a defined review period and a written question over assumptions. Applicants deserve to know why records are requested. Letting teams deserve a finding they can understand later when they reopen the property file.
Our values are restraint, consistency, confidentiality and procedural fairness. We apply the same document logic to comparable applications and avoid collecting information that has no bearing on income verification.
